Clear guidelines to ensure fair, safe, and effective use of our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Qualexa, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Qualexa. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

You are responsible for: Keeping your account credentials secure. All activity carried out under your account. Using the platform only for lawful purposes. Avoiding any misuse, unauthorized access, or disruptive behavior. Promptly notifying us of any suspected breaches or unauthorized activity. You may not use Qualexa to store or transmit harmful content, spam, or malicious code.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Qualexa available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. Qualexa is not liable for any losses or inconveniences caused by downtime or service interruptions beyond our control.

You may not: Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform. Create derivative works without written permission. Use our intellectual property for unauthorized purposes.
Payments & Subscriptions
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided only where required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.
